Your bidding on an Unpunched Shell Promo Redline Hot Wheel from 1969.

Shell fueling stations gave out Hot Wheels with a fill up back in the day, but due to the hazards of the metal buttons, they were removed by Shell station attendants prior to being given out.

The metal buttons were thought to be a danger to children from sharp edges, and potential choking hazard, so packages were cut, and buttons removed. Further proof of the promo is the Unpunched card, as it was never hung on a hook.
