Sixteen page booklet measures 5 1/2" by 3 3/4".  Despite military looking cover, this is clearly for homefront consumption.

Provided are "...eleven essential rules for the use of telephones in was-time." Very nice graphics throughout. I didn't take photos of all the pages, but I hofully took enough to provide an idea of how the booklet looks.

Think before you call, keep all calls short, answer promptly, when you place a call with an attendant stay on the line until the person called answers..., whenever possible, call in the off peak hours. Those are some of the "essential rules.

Red, white and blue colors. Moderate red fading. White is slightly off white.  Very minor scuffing and slight edge and corner wear. Staple is holding firm and not tarnished.
