This is a 1974 El Salvador 2 Centavos in circulated condition. It does display some dark spots on obverse and reverse as seen in the pictures. It is listed as KM 147 and was struck in Nickel Brass. The coin you see is the coin you get. Take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
