Should fit years 2003 and 2004 no problem. Not sure if it fits 2005 and 2006 but probably. Comes with bolts/nuts. The fronts have some damage to them and one of the front black brackets that goes underneath the car has some damage (doesn't affect sturdiness), but otherwise in pretty good condition.
