GI Joe A Real American Hero code Name: Scarlett - Counter Intelligence

Second release of this character from 1983 with improved swivel arm battle grip. This is an ORIGINAL figure and package from 1983, NOT A RECARD. This version of the character was first sold in 1983, copyright on package says 1982.

Has original price tag still attached.

Back of card depicts 32 characters of the 1982-1984 GI Joe action figure line.

Please see the photos for issues with this package. The bubble has turned dark. There is a tiny hole at the bottom of the blister below the figure’s feet, and a slight dent to the bubble on the left side. Still, a very rare piece and this will display beautifully.

From my own collection, purchased myself in the 1980’s. Comes from a non-smoking home.
