Here is an incredible lot of US Navy and Naval Academy ephemera and even includes a vintage hat and uniform. The uniform is in decent shape. I am assuming it is from the class of 1960, as almost everything in this lot has some reference to it. It has a tear at the bottom of the right sleeve that is easily repaired. Other than that, I do not observe any major defects. It could probably use a good dry cleaning. The only marking I see where the size would normally be is a 15, so I suppose it could be a womans' uniform  There is also a cap with a US Naval Academy crest attached. It is one size fits all.

The ephemera includes the 1960 yearbook for the graduates of the USNA. The book is loose at the spine but fully intact. The interior is in excellent condition. Accompanying that book is "The First 30 Years", an update on the graduates after 30 years has passed. Again, the spine is loose but the interior is in excellent condition. The next item is another yearbook, titled "Fiftieth Anniversary Yearbook USNA Class of 1960". This book is pretty much pristine. The spine and pages are sturdy and fresh. This is a great tribute group for this class, and the updates are refreshing.

Also included, a vintage book called "US Navy War Photographs". You may view all items closely in the photos. I included some of the photos in the book, as a remembrance to the greatest generation.  The photos depict action and happenings in WWII. The book appears to be missing the front and rear cover, and has a few loose pages. I believe all the photos are there. Next a USNA Classes and Crests booklet, depicting all of the crests of graduating dating back to 1869, with a few unavailable and some classes did not have one. Those date back to 1846. The front and back pages are there, but unattached.

The next two items are a Directory of the USNA Class of 1960, and a booklet titled "Aviation Summer USNA Class of 1960.The directory is in excellent condition.  The Aviation piece has age-appropriate wear but the entire booklet is present and sturdy. Next, there are seven issues of the Alumni Association publication Shipmate, dated from 89 to 93. All in great condition.

Then there is a copy of Newsweek dated Feb 1973 depicting the story of the first American POW's released from captivity after the Vietnam Peace Agreement was reached. The cover features Lt Cmdr Paul Galanti and his wife. It is a truly heartwarming article that stirred an immense patriotism and pride in our nation. The cover and the first ad page are unattached.  The remainder of the magazine is fully intact.

The last item of ephemera is titled "The 1987 Trident", from the University of Oklahoma Naval ROTC program.  It depicts the training and happenings of the program for a years time. The book has some wear on the cover, but the interior is pristine.

This is a fantastic grouping for an individual or family member of the Class of 1960, or for a USN history buff. Feel free to message me with questions.

All of my items are sold as is and I reserve ten business days to ship because life happens. Shipping will be a bit more on this lot because the yearbooks are quite large and heavy.
