For sale is
a nice porcelain handle for a utensil like a knife / spoon / fork made
by Meissen in the late 19th or early 20th century century . The
porcelain handle is hand painted with two very nice floral arrangements -
one on either side as well as a two single flowers and two bugs as well
as a gold trim along the top where the metal ferrule would sit. The
opening of the top is rectangular in size as shown. The piece is marked
with the blue crossed swords on top where it would usually be hidden by
the metal collar. There is also a painter's number 28 in black. The
piece is in perfect condition and realy for a new metal part. One does
not find these often at all! The handle is about 3.375 inches of which
the top part where the metal collar would sit is about a quarter of an
