Tested and working. All games successfully booted to the main menu, and this console is compatible with a FMCB card (not included!). The CMOS battery may need to be replaced. The warranty stickers are still intact so I believe the console has not been opened. No power cable, controllers, or memory card are included as I ran out of them!
