Up for auction is a Museum Quality, Antique  Western Flyer Mens bike with RARE rare wheel Motor Kit, initially designed and built by Saginaw Products in Michigan, and marketed thru JC Higgins and sold thru Sears + Roebuck, back "in the day".  I have never seen another one.  This was in the Minnesota Museum of Denny "Cannonball" Kanneberg, prior to my ownership. I displayed the bike in my home for a few years and removed it this Spring to offer it for sale to the next owner. These photos were all taken this Spring.

I am unfamiliar with it's workings as I doubt it never had gas in it since on display prior to my ownership. The restoration is beautiful.  Pull start and hand throttle on handlebars and internal hub brake on front wheel. A rear wheel stand keeps bike upright as well as a rolling front wheel stand.  Chain and sprocket have been chromed, and bike has a rear tail light.  Note you are buying the bicycle as is and with running condition unknown.

PLEASE be sure you can arrange your own shipping, as easily can go in a "Uship drivers trailer, or other carrier of your choice. Bike is located in a southern suburb of Grand Rapids Mi. with zip code 49315.

A rare chance to own a R A R E piece of bicycle history.   Please be prepared to pay an immediate $100 paypal deposit  at auctions end with balance due within 3 days.   The Buy It Now is far less than my investment into the bike and the reserve is less and will be known when met...
