This item in my EBAY store is a PHOENIX LARGE GLASS "MADONNA VASE" with BURGANDY STAIN over MILK GLASS. This PHOENIX "MADONNA VASE" that I have here has the "pearlized MOTHER of PEARL" iridescence look on this "MADONNA" face and also on the ribbed sides of this vase, I've taken and shown numerous photos to show this "pearlized" look, any questions at all please e-mail me; This PHOENIX large glass "MADONNA VASE" is antique glass that has survived well thru many years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass; There are NO chips, cracks, scratches and no glass staining; I may add that this PHOENIX LARGE GLASS "MADONNA VASE" with BURGANDY STAIN over MILK GLASS VASE is a vintage PHOENIX antique glass "MADONNA" vase that has been used and displayed over many years that was cherished greatly by the couple of people who have once owned this American beauty according to the condition this large PHOENIX glass "MADONNA" vase remains in today; Their is no marking of any kind on this PHOENIX glass "MADONNA" vase but I am sure as the day is long that there surely was a paper label on this "MADONNA" vase when this item left the PHOENIX GLASS COMPANY many years ago; According to one of my many reference materials the "Wallace-Homestead" antique guide tell me that this "PHOENIX GLASS COMPANY" was located in "Beaver County, Pennsylvania and started producing their glass around the late 1800's; I've taken numerous (all) photos outside in natural daylight in different backgrounds in numerous angles and positions to show pattern, condition, glass clarity and size hoping to answer any and all questions but if need be you can E-mail me or you can see me on my NEW web site at terrymackeyantiques.com.
