Items will be shipped via FedEx or USPS ground service. Faster shipping is available upon request. Please contact us prior to making payment if you would like expedited shipping so that we may quote you the additional shipping charges. 

Items ship only during business hours, which are Monday through Friday 7:00am ? 3:00pm CST. Our shipping department is closed and does not ship items on weekends and holidays. Orders made late in the day or after hours will typically ship the next business day. Tracking information will be provided when available. 

We do ship internationally to select countries, our EXCLUSION list of countries include: Alaska/Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Protectorates, Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia, Asia, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Hungary, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Ukraine, Africa. If your country is not in our exclusion list, you should be able to order from us. 


PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

The following items are sold with a 30-day warranty and a 30-day return policy:

The above listed products are eligible for return within 30 days of the item(s) delivery date. 

For purposes of this return policy, the following definitions apply: The "date of purchase" is the date of sale that can be found on the IT-Re, Inc. sales order, invoice, or via the selling platform's sales transaction. The "date of shipping" is the date the item(s) shipped from our facility as documented by the signed Bill of Lading, shipping documentation and/or shipping label, and the "delivery date" is the date the item(s) are delivered as documented by the carrier.

Customers must notify IT-Re, Inc. of their intention to return product within 30 days of delivery date, by contacting IT-Re, Inc. via the original selling platform. 

Customers must provide the make, model, and serial number of any items they wish to return, the original sales order, invoice number or eBay item number, as well as the reason for return.  

Customers are responsible for arranging their own shipping and all costs incurred for all returns to IT-Re, Inc. with the exceptions of: 

For returns due to these reasons, IT-Re, Inc. will provide return shipment labels to the customer. Customers requiring return shipping labels must provide their shipping address (must be a physical address - no P.O. Boxes) at the time of their return request. This includes company name, street address, city, province/state, postal/zip code, phone number, and valid email address.

IT-Re, Inc. will issue a refund after receipt of the returned item per the above requirements. The refund will be issued in one of the following manners: 

IT-Re, Inc. may also provide the customer with a replacement product. 

Returned product will undergo the test/audit process upon return and may be directed to "recycling" if deemed unrepairable upon receipt. Corrective actions will be taken to ensure future shipments do not have similar defects. Corrective Actions will be managed through the Corrective Action Procedure.
