This full cut style panty has covered elastic waist and flat elastic on the legs. The sides are 9 1/2 in tall. Very shiny, smooth and soft nylon fabric. Panty has a smooth full cut back and color is Black with dyed to match color cotton crotch. 

I use a small size form, so larger sizes fir loose on the form.
