Roxanne Oliver was born in 1977 and resides in Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. She paints the Bush Plum Dreaming story, passed down to her by her family. 

The Bush Plum (also called the Conkerberry) is a stable bush food source gathered by Aboriginal women. Ceremonies are performed to celebrate and pay homage to the plum, as well as to promote the growth of the plum plants. These ceremonies are joyous occasions involving body painting, song and dance
