This is a pulp called Captain Future #9 published Winter 1942 graded CGC VG- 3.5 with Off-white pages.  This pulp is the highest graded on the CGC census.  It is encapsolated by the CGC grading company and guaranteed at the VG- 3.5 grade, making it worth more than the common pulp.
