great looking cover.

there is some wear/damage that includes - 
central vertical fold line thru-out. 
cover has scratches, creases, rub marks, wrinkles, blemishes in areas.
creasing in bottom rt corner area that goes thru program. 
upper & lower binding splits.
back cover has a corner chip, some blemishes.
back cover has a bottom edge tear that goes into some back pages. 
some pages have some crease lines.

having said all this, the program is still great looking & nearly impossible to find in any condition.
