I am not sure of the origin of this lovely carved lapis sculpture.  I bought it from estate sale of an elderly world traveler who loved shopping and wonderful things!!  Measures 9 1/2" tall.  The base is rather narrow - it needs to be level to stand securely (thus the chips!)
