I strive to combine shipping for multiple items when possible and to provide fast shipping, typically the same day or the next day.  When purchasing multiple items, please use the “Add to Cart” button, and in the cart choose “Request Total” (so I can calculate the best possible shipping price for your order).  I regularly combine shipping on multiple purchases and do my best to only charge for the actual shipping cost.  If the items are purchased separately, I still do my best to pack items together to reduce the overall shipping cost and provide a refund, accordingly (taking into account that eBay charges me a small fee for processing a refund, which I deduct from the total amount refunded).  If you have any special shipping requests, please send me a message before completing your purchase, and I’ll do my best to respond in a timely manner.

Returns Policy

If there are any issues with your order, please contact me right away so it can be quickly resolved to your satisfaction.  Your happiness and my reputation are very important to me.  I adhere to eBay’s standard return policy and accept returns for 14 days.  For items that arrive damaged, faulty, not matching the description, or are lost in transit, the refund is typically for the item sold amount (including original shipping).  If an item is returned for other reasons (such as simply not liking it), the buyer pays for return shipping and the original shipping cost is not refunded.  I pack items that I ship with a great deal of care and ask that buyers please do their best to repack any returned items safely.  Once I receive the returned item, a refund for the item’s sold price will be issued.  I do not charge any restocking fees.  In the rare case that a returned item is damaged in return shipping due to very poor packing, the amount refunded may be negotiated.
