Please note: These systems are almost 20 years old. Most of them are NOT in pristine shape and do show wear.

• Cosmetic condition does not affect the functionality of the units.
• Most consoles are in good shape for their age (almost all black consoles are in very good shape)
• ***Silver consoles and SCPH-90001 consoles may show heavier wear and moderate to heavy scratches due to their glossy finish!!! YOU MAY RECEIVE A SILVER OR 90001 CONSOLES IF YOU DO NOT SPECIFY A COLOR OR MODEL!!!***
• Console may be missing screw covers on the bottom and may have mild to moderate scratches or marks (except silver and 90001 consoles that may have moderate to heavy scratches).
• Consoles may have a removable decal (a thick sticker with a design) applied to the console. These can be peeled off easily if you do not want it there.
• All consoles are wiped down on the outside with a chemical-free disinfectant. Despite this, dust may exist in certain areas of the exterior casing.
• All consoles are cleaned with an electric air compressor however there may be residual dust in areas.

Returns

• Shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Returns will be validated and tested prior to issuing a refund.
• There must be no physical damage and all warranty seals must be intact.
• Cosmetic Condition/Information/Serial Number sheet must be included when returning a console. If it is not included it will be assumed any physical damage was caused by the buyer.
• Buyer is responsible for adequately packaging an item for return. Damage in return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will result in a deduction from your refund.
• DO NOT misuse returns. Fraudulent returns will be reported to eBay and local law enforcement.
• All returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
