Antique Embroidered Lace Dress Trim, Victorian Drawn Work 1800s early 1900s Vintage Remnant

This is an antique piece that was cut from a garment. I would guess that it came from the bottom of a baby dress or gown.
It is about 5-1/2 to 7 inches long and 34 inches around. It would have been the bottom of a gown or slip, it is seemed together on one side. Topped with lace that is drawn and embroidered, then a strip of cotton fabric, then a 4 inch wide section with embroidery and drawn work and finished bottom edge.
A section of the piece has been shortened slightly, making the pattern there crooked.

Very good condition. It is off white from age with some darker brown aging. A few small breaks in the drawn work.
