Large quarto (12 ½” x 9”) Family Bible finely bound in full leather decorated with elaborate and finely detailed blind and gilt stamping. Later spine in six gilt panels offset by raised bands.   Many extra features including 36 full-page engraved plates most with ornamental borders plus frontispiece and engraved title to the Old Testament and frontispiece to the New.  All edges gilt.  Light browning with occasional soiling to interior, but overall clean with no writing. Corners bumped and occasional scarring on covers. 1024 pp. including tables.  Very large, eavy book.
