Advanced Gravis Midi Adaptor Vintage Joystick Sound Card Serial Port Connection

This device plugs into the joystick port of older PC sound cards such as the Gravis Ultrasound and Creative Labs Soundblaster and gives standard MIDI interfaces. This device also has additional joystick pass through ports on the box. 

Shows overall discoloration from storage & usage over time.  Some rusting/discoloration over over Joystick A port.  Minor damage to one of foam feet.  Overall, good condition with respect to age.  See all photos. Untested & Sold as-is.
