There are some that actually made it into a Jazwares box and on to a very few retail shelves around the world. And finally there are some with WMC tags because, while Jazwares was the master distributor at the time, William Mark Corporation itself was able to distribute any of the same products themselves.

It's unclear how much of any form of Cutie Pie Killer ever actually made it into the marketplace, but the estimates I have are that somewhere between 1000 and 2000 units were ultimately produced.  Nobody with whom I am in contact knows exactly how many shipped and to where for me to confirm this for you, so, at this time, these are my best estimates after acquiring the brand.

If I have pieced this story together correctly, then the reason he is so hard to find is that, before the initial print run of Cutie Pie was complete, the distribution was halted because the American retailer GameStop decided to take on distribution exclusively and they decided to change the name and the hair to the rainbow color that you now see now on Treacherous Travis. I have been told that it's possible and likely many of the Cutie Pie Killer units were ultimately shipped to GameStop and either disposed of or simply sold as Treacherous Travis, but I have not been able to confirm this.  I have anecdotal evidence for this because this particular unit came from some rejected GameStop inventory several years ago, mixed in with units of Treacherous Travis, so it's likely the print run was mixed and many units were either destroyed or sold to the public as is.  I also suspect that the product's change in distribution plan had something to do with the bankruptcy of Toys R Us, but I have not confirmed this either.
