these are in pretty nice shape.. were not used much .. not many marks or scratches.. has one small gash on side of heel (pic) wheels spin great.. they measure on the outside heel to toe 12 inches .. across the foot  4 inches..so i am not sure of size .. for sure 11 but possible 12 ..  these are black leather.. very well made..
