Outstanding Native American Beaded Pouch.

2 separate distinct patterns on each side of the bag. 
Both very stunning, elaborate detail and many colors of beads. 
Leather is extremely soft and supple. 

~1900 Native American Cheyenne medicine bag/drawstring pouch.  Made of soft, tanned hide and is sinew sewn by hand with spot stitched beadwork decoration featuring a stylized image of a thunderbird on one side and a four lobed pinwheel design on the other. The bag retains its original rawhide drawstrings and features a short, serrated fringe on the edges.

The hide elements are well preserved, supple and have minimal wear for it's age, but with significant soiling as seen in the photos. Please carefully review all photos as they are part of the description. We took photos of it in various lighting indoors and out to best represent it.
