I am sorting through boxes and collections of vintage Christmas items, an altogether overwhelming project that has overtaken all the surfaces in 2 rooms.

I am breaking down the glass ornaments into manageable groups and the ages and categories may overlap a little.

I am starting to list antique Dresden paper scrap ornaments.

They all come from a private collection and are being offered 'as found'.

They are all in various stages of preservation so please examine the photos carefully.

This listing is for a large single ornament.

The entire piece, including wire measures approximately 11 from tip to tip.

It is a heavy, embossed cardboard die-cut.

The image looks like a fairy peeking in on a sleeping baby Cupid.

It is mostly intact, but it looks like the fairy is missing the top of her head and Cupid is missing his toes.
