I am sorting through boxes and collections of vintage Christmas items, an altogether overwhelming project that has overtaken all the surfaces in 2 rooms.

I am breaking down the glass ornaments into manageable groups and the ages and categories may overlap a little.

I am starting to list antique Dresden paper scrap ornaments.

They all come from a private collection and are being listed 'as found'. 

They are all in various stages of preservation so please examine the photos carefully. The photos are definitely the most important part of these listings.

I have listed some separately and grouped other similar themes together.

This listing is for a pair of butterfly scrap ornaments,

The larger batting measures approximately 8" and the smaller is approximately 5".

Each has an embossed, die cut butterfly precariously attached at the top.

Tinsel and stars have been added.

Condition is very good. Please note one butterfly wing is missing the tip.
