RARE 1887 Lincoln Logan King-409 Lincoln, Logan, Grant Medal Illinois GAR

38mm Copper. High grade, uncirculated with beautiful color. Unpierced. King-409, Cunningham 17-510C. Very rarely comes up for sale. 

Obverse: Three small circles containing bust of Lincoln, Grant and John Logan. Two eagles around, and military equipment depiction below. 

Reverse: A battle scene, featuring a mounted officer leading a cavalry charge, a smoking cannon to the right, and a group of infantrymen retreating on the left.

Condition:  NGC MS62 Brown
