This is a fantastic looking vintage, signed 1961 watercolor, abstract cityscape painting. It measures 20 1/2" x 25" including the original vintage frame. Painting without the frame measures 14" x 20". I have two more amazing abstract art pieces from this artist from 1961 too that I'll be listing so please see my other listing. It is signed R Smith and dated in lower right corner and appears to be by listed California artist Richard W Smith. The frame also has its original framers label and was framed in 1964 - see photos.
