This is a fantastic looking vintage, signed 1961 watercolor, abstract cityscape painting.  It measures 20 1/2" x 25" including the original vintage frame.  Painting without the frame measures 14" x 20".  I have two more amazing abstract art pieces from this artist from 1961 too that I'll be listing so please see my other listing.  It is signed R Smith  and dated in lower right corner and appears to be by listed California artist Richard W Smith.  The frame also has its original framers label and was framed in 1964 - see photos.  Shipping quoted is without the frame but shipping with the frame is available for the cost of shipping the bigger and larger package.  Please see photos for condition and design and please ask any questions.  Thank you.
