1920 Chicago Illinois Brochure Souvenir of Chicago lots of VTG photos

My late grandfather lived in Iowa, and Chicago was the "big city" to visit. In 1920, he went to medical school and later did his residency at Cook County Hospital. On one of his pre-1920 or right about 1920 trips, he picked up this souvenir brochure.

The 9 x 6 brochure is notable for the new building construction being talked about: Union Station, Soldier Field, the Michigan Avenue Bridge and Cook County Hospital are all still unbuilt but planned for.

The clear black & white photos are a trip down Chicago's memory lane.

Some yellowing to brochure. Surface soiling to cover. The staples of the binding are a bit rusty. The center page has come loose from the lower staple, as shown in last photo, but is still holding tight.

All interior pages clean and unmarked.

I will ship as soon as I receive payment.
