These gift cards are currently given out by the concert promoter Live Nation to bands who are on tour across the country when they play selected venues (as part of their "on the road again" campaign). 

A band I know received these gift cards, but they tour in a bus and Shell gas stations do not have the ability to re-fuel buses (believe it or not). So now we are trying to convert these card to cash, but we cannot do so with Shell. so we are selling them at a discount to you. 

I will ship this card out to you via USPS for free with tracking.
