Unmarked Vintage Gilt Majolica Porcelain Jardinière/Planter Pot with Elk & Stag Scenes. No maker's marks. Measurements: 8" Height x 9-3/4" Width. Weight is 4 lbs. 12 oz. Condition: No chips, cracks or repairs. Fine crazing exists throughout, which is common to English Ironstone Pottery, although I cannot verify that it is English or Ironstone. Light to moderate wear to the gold trim on the top of the scalloped rim but minimal wear elsewhere. Water marks and soil staining inside indicate it was used as a planter. See photos.
