This rare treasure has some very little visible wear on the book itself, and is in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition!

The dust jacket is in Excellent-/Very Good+ Condition…no price-clipping…no writing…no tears. The only issues are a very small blue dot on the front of the dust jacket…just above the author’s name. There are also some creases on the dust jacket flaps…SEE PHOTOS.

The book does not even appear read and has no internal writing, no foxing, no remainder marks, no missing pages.

The binding is strong and tight. All of the pages are present, fully attached and still very crisp and clean!

The only mark that keeps the bound book from being declared MINT, is a very small ding on the back left edge, about 3” down from the top right corner. Other than that, the bound book itself is immaculate and in Like New Condition.

Some general/shelf wear along with a noticeable lean/slant, creases/marks/discoloration/wear to the spine/corners/boards, toning to the pages and creases/marks/wear to some of the pages, NOT affecting the text!

All of the wear previously mentioned is very clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered in the photos.
