This is a dollhouse (miniature) item. 

This is a precious and petite resin green and red parrot painted in detail and crafted to perch, in dollhouse (1:12) scale (or maybe 1:24 scale) from "Falcon Collectible Miniatures".   He measures 5/8" (16 mm) from beak to tail feather and has a wingspan of 3/8" (10 mm) and is just darling.  Thanks for looking!
