• Delivery will take approximately 1 to 6 Business days from Date of Shipment, depending on your location. This time frame starts after the manufacturers order processing period (usually 2 business days). So delivery will take roughly 3 - 8 Business days in total from your Confirmed Payment date.
• Will Ship ONLY to Continental United States at Above Free Rate! That's the lower 48 Land Locked United States.

• We are very sorry, but Gold Medal no longer Sells 230 Volt Export equipment to their Authorized USA Dealers, nor will they ship to any overseas or International locations for us. Therefore we cannot sell this item, nor ship to any of the following locations: Alaska, Hawaii, AP/FPO, PO Boxes, Overseas U.S. Territories and Protectorates, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, and all other Overseas and International locations.

REPLACEMENTS, CARRIER DAMAGED ITEMS, and General Warranty information:

NO Refunds unless Offered: If item is suddenly unavailable for any reason, we will notify you immediately. And if you cannot or don't wish to wait for the item, we will offer you a refund. Same goes if you receive the wrong item (not as listed). Carrier Damaged or Defective units or Parts will be picked up by the original carrier and a new item, items, or parts will be shipped to you for Free! HOWEVER: You Must Contact us within 72 Business Hours (3 Business Days) of your original Delivery date to Report any Carrier Damaged shipments - NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you do not adhere to this time frame, you "might" need to issue your own Claim Form to the Carrier, although in these situations we will still help you as best we can. If your item becomes defective during the first 2 Years of Normal Use, the Manufacturer's Warranty will Apply and any component agreed to as defective will be replaced for free.
