Each kit contains: Complete illustrated instructions, 1 card (72") white nylon bead cord with attached needle, 1 pair calotte crimps and 1 clasp.

Carded Nylon Bead Cord
Easy to use, has a needle already attached to the cord. The medium gauge (included in all kits) will fit through all but the smallest beads (larger and smaller gauges can be requested and substituted). Ideal for knotting in between beads for a professional and secure finish. Sharp edges on rough glass and metal beads can cut through the cord with wear. Has a tendency to stretch a little over time. No special tools needed to string with nylon cord, only scissors to snip the end. Pliers are useful to close the calotte crimp but this can be accomplished with a small tweezer.
Clasps
Each kit has a different clasp and it's mostly a choice of personal preference. All are available in goldtone or silvertone. Barrel clasps are difficult to open and close with one hand so are not ideal for bracelets. Pearl clasps are very secure and attractive with most beads. Spring rings and lobster clasps can be used with one hand (with practice), so are the better choice for bracelets.
Beads
Kits are available with, or without, 20 small round goldtone or silvertone beads. These are useful if you have lost a few beads from your original piece and need some "fillers", or need to add some beads to lengthen the finished item.
