Description

Personalised Name / Word Iron On Transfer.
This listing is for a name or word of your choice, personalised specially for you on an easy to apply Hot-Fix transfer. This will be made using high quality rhinestones in the style shown in the picture.
The transfer can easily be applied to all kinds of fabric (except rubber, leather or coated fabrics) using a household iron or a heat press. (Full fixing instructions will be supplied with your order)
We are only able to design these transfers in the sizes mentioned. We cannot increase or decrease size of letters because we work from a library of letters which has been pre-set with stone arrangement. If you’d like to know how wide or tall your transfer will be, please send us a message & we’ll tell you.

Please note:

1) All are Capital letters arranged in an arch. Each letter is approximately 5cms tall, when arranged in an arch the overall transfer height will be more. Width will depend on the letters in the word. Please ensure that you provide us the name / word you want us to personalise for you. You can do this in the " Note to seller " box, when you checkout in PayPal or just by sending us a message using "Ask seller a question" link in eBay.

2) Please check the spellings before sending us your requirements, as personalised items cannot be returned.

3) The drop-down options are for varying number of letters to choose from so that one can choose according to the length of name or words required. This does not mean that one can fit-in random characters such as initials, dots, exclamation marks etc. Just to fill up the letters remaining. For example if one requires Mrs Wilkinson; this is a 12 letter name which would fall under our 11-15 letters option, however we won’t do extra characters such as ‘W’ or *** etc just to fill up the remaining 3 letters space; Nor will we do another three letter name such as ‘Sam’ to cover the three letters. We will happily do something like ‘I love Lucy xxx’ or ‘Just do it !’ though.

Some examples of the kind of names or words we will do are as follows:
Mrs Wilkinson, Sam’s Hen Party, Ibiza 2012, Got to Dance, Mr. & Mrs Issa, I do Nailz, The Lash Lounge, Race for Life...etc.

We won’t be able to do names or words that have repeats or ones that are not meaningful, for example:
Lisa’s Hens Lisa, Hen Party Sam, Mrs Goldie Smith GS,...etc.

Examples of some names that we consider as two separate transfers are:
Race for Life Brenda Smith, Colour Dynamics Rachel etc.

Domestic Shipping - Combining purchases
Maximum postage £8 - anywhere in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) Buy as many items as you like!
In order to combine postage costs for multiple items kindly DO NOT complete payment after purchasing, but request a total from the buyer and we shall then revise the total for you.

Postage packing costs
If the postage packing costs for certain items seem a little high - that is because the item weighs considerably. Please also consider the price hikes imposed by Royal mail and other carriers due to increasing fuel costs. We only charge the required amount for postage and packing charge in order to pack and post your item securely and quickly to you; we do not make any money in postage costs.

You can however take advantage of our postage promotion offers and save money on postage when you buy multiple items or quantities!

Shipping and Delivery
We try to send items out within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (Please note: Personalised items may take longer during busy periods). You will receive a dispatch notification once we ship your items. During holiday periods or problems such as postal strikes & heavy snowfall issues etc. kindly understand that all postal services get affected and may take longer than usual to deliver. Even otherwise, if you have not recieved your items after a week has passed from the dispatch date, kindly get in touch with us and we will try our best to resolve issues.

International Shipping
For all International destinations, please ask for a p&p quote before purchasing an item as costs vary widely depending on location and size / weight of items. Kindly ask us BEFORE making any purchases.

Please note that we will only use a registered & signed for service to ship to International destinations. Although these cost more compared to normal Airmail services, they provide security and cover in cases where items get lost, damaged or badly delayed whilst in transit. It is therefore imperative that you ask us about shipping costs BEFORE making any purchases.

All international bidders please note that you will be responsible for the payment of any Import Tax/Duty that your country may require.

Returns Policy
We have a no quibble 14 days returns policy. If you are not happy with an item that you have purchased from us, you can return it back to us within this period after receipt of the item. This should be returned in the same sellable condition as it was delivered, with all packaging (if any) intact. You will have to bear the postage costs in such an event. Once we receive the item we will give you a full refund LESS any initial carriage charges.

In the event that an item has been delivered faulty to you, or a wrong colour / size was sent (than what was advertised) we will bear full costs of either sending you a replacement OR we will refund your monies fully. Please Note: Personalised items cannot be returned, due to having being made, specifically to order.
