A. We aim to dispatch most orders which are received by 15:00 on the day. We use Fedex, DHL and the Royal Mail simply because delivery speed is important to us. Most orders are received within 48hours, however please allow up to 72hours for your order to arrive.  

Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. We do not encourage local pick up because of our fast delivery service. However, our warehouse is based in Barnet north west London and if you are in a spot, we will do our best to accommodate.
