G&H Brassware are a UK manufacturer of high quality switches and sockets. All G&H plates are manufactured to the highest standard from solid brass or steel and are covered by a 1 year guarantee. All plates come supplied with two screws coloured to suit the plate.

We supply the complete range so if you can’t find a matching item please send us a message. If you have a list of your requirements please message us and we will reply with a quote.

This item is part of the G&H Standard Plate (aka Contour) range which is our most popular plate style. The plate has curved edges and features a 6mm depth from front of plate to back. Inserts can be white or black and on/off switches can be either plastic or metal (aka decorative). A metal switch always has a white or black surround.

All purchases are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty and are covered by our 30 day return period for unwanted products (please see our delivery and returns section for further information). All prices include VAT (VAT receipt can be sent on request).

Shipping & Returns
Damaged or Faulty Goods

We aim to provide the highest level of service to our customers. If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase, or you believe the product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via ebay. If the product is faulty or damaged we will replace the item or the faulty part and offer you a refund on any postage costs you may incur (see below, returns must be pre-arranged to qualify). Please note, we will only send out a replacement item on receipt of the faulty/damaged item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns.

Returns should be sent in original packaging and via Royal Mail Small Packet (or MyHermes courier if a large item) - please note we do not refund postage for Special Delivery. All returns must be pre-arranged with Ashdown Home Store to qualify for postage refund.

Returning Unwanted Goods

We value our customers greatly and aim to provide the highest possible level of service. If you purchase an item and decide you don’t like it or it doesn't fit your requirements we offer a 30 day full refund period. The refund will match the price you originally paid and will not cover any postage fees incurred whilst returning the item. A copy of your order must be included with all returns. Returns made outside the 30 day period will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Unwanted items should be returned in an unused condition and in original packaging - if it is not in a re-sellable condition a refund cannot be offered. Please send all returns via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and include a copy of your order or a note including your ebay username.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been paid for. However, Ashdown Home Store will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Warranty
All goods are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period can vary from product to product, this will always be listed within the item description. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Should the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint, you should notify us in writing via an email or an ebay message as soon as possible. If an item is damaged we will always require photographic evidence, this can be sent to us via an ebay message. Where possible we will always send a replacement part rather than change the whole item as this allows us to resolve the issue immediately. We will action all problems as quickly as possible, we pride ourselves on our customer service, both pre-sale and post-sale.
