This is a c1930 Art Deco Hand Painted Figurative Clown Napkin Ring. It is a stunning piece of handpainted Art Deco Pottery.

It measures 4" in height.In good order with no cracks or chips but with some crazing and minor wear commensurate with its age as seen.
