HOW TO ORDER

Purchase the item how you would normally through ebay. Then during checkout tell us the TEXT and FRAGRANCE required under the "Message to seller" section or send us a message after you have made your purchase. Please do not forget to specify the fragrance required at the time of ordering. Otherwise you will receive Vanilla! |

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express via PayPal. We also accept cheques or Postal Orders in £GBP for UK customers only. Please note we can only accept cheques for order values of at least £20. Please be advised if paying by cheque or postal order your air freshener will be despatched after payment has cleared.

SHIPPING

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major UK holidays). All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Items will be posted to PayPal registered addresses. It is the buyer's responsibility to keep these details up to date. If you require items to be delivered to your registered ebay address (if different to your PayPal address), please advise at PayPal checkout. |
