We are the manufacturer of these BRAND NEW SET OF TWO high quality adjustable Tow Dolly Basket Straps PLUS A RATCHET PAIR ( SHORT WIDE).This is for a set of 2, 1 for each of your front tires. We use only the highest quality material on the market(12,000lb. breaking strength). These straps are manufactured with 2" material around the tire and 4" material over the top, with 3 SPOTS where the winch strap can go through and 3 SPOTS for the front strap with the flat hook. With these easy adjustments you can tow cars with wheels from 12" to 18" and low profile tires. All DOT and related regulations exceeded. There is a winch strap on 1 end and a heavy duty 2" flat hook on the other end. Remember we are the manufacturer and stand behind all our products.
