Postage and Combined Postage:

Combined postage is only available to one payment. Usually eBay’s system can get combined postage automatically; if postage doesn’t combine correctly upon checkout, please contact us for a combined invoice or wait for us to send you the invoice before submitting payment.

Post  severice and Delivery time:

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. If we can not dispatch your order due to a problem, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Orders paid for on Fridays and during the weekend will be sent on Monday.

We provide both 1^st class and 2^nd class service. Please allow 1 - 5 working days (1^st class), 2-7 working days (2^nd class) to delivery, if royal mail won’t delay the mail. 

Please contact us, if you do not receive your order in 14 days, occasionally mails do go missing in the post.

Note: recorded signed for and next day delivery services can be provided, please contact us before order for postage detail.

Overseas deliveries will be sent by royal mail’s international airmail, the delivery time depends on airport checking and your local post service’s delivery time, and normally 5 - 14 days receive. If not receive order in 4 weeks, please contact us.

We don’t sell mails to Italy by normal airmail; customers from Italy please contact us for special delivery’s information

Return Policy:

If you are not fully satisfied with our products, please return it within 14 days for refund. The return item must be unused and in its original package and condition.
