a.paches
are a family run business who trade in a variety of products, predominantly
badges, posters and of course patches. We ship our products out from our base
in Central Scotland on a daily basis.
Our
products are shipped mainly by Royal Mail but occasionally we may use a courier
service for costlier or bulkier items.
Payment Options
Once
you receive an email that you are the winning bidder on a product or if you
have made a purchase through a Buy It Now listing you will be directed by ebay
to the completed orders payment page where you have the option to pay for your
order immediately or you may chose to pay later if that is more convenient.
All
orders must be honoured within 7 days of a winning auction bid or a Buy It Now
purchase. Failure to complete payment within the 7 day grace period will result
in forfeiture of the transaction and a Non Payer report will be submitted to
ebay to recover any lost revenue from the transaction.
We
accept payment through Paypal. This can be either as a Debit type payment or
via your credit card if you have taken the necessary steps to set up a credit
card payment option through your Paypal account.

are answered within 24 hours except in exceptional circumstances which may be
outside of our control.

We
hope that you are entirely happy with your order but realise that sometimes a
purchase may not live up to expectations for a whole variety of reasons. With
this in mind we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. All returned goods must be
in their original packaging and unused.
Unwanted
goods must be returned in a saleable condition within 7 working days of
receipt. You must inform us if your intention is to return a purchase to us
through your ebay account. If returning goods postage must be paid by the
customer unless the goods are damaged or the fault lies with a.paches. On
receipt of returned goods a refund will be issued by the same method the order
was placed minus the cost of postage and packaging unless the fault has been
ours, as stated.
Shipping your purchases
Orders
shipped by a.paches will be sent within 2 working days (except Sundays and Bank
Holidays) of cleared payment and should arrive within 6-8 working days. Some
orders arrive a little later than anticipated, please show a degree of patience
as like yourself, once an order is in transit, we are both at the mercy of the
courier service.
Faulty Goods & Missing Orders
All
goods advertised by us are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to have
been damaged in transit must be notified to us immediately.
Once
you have contacted us regarding a damaged order we will authorise a return. All
returned goods should be sent by signed for mail or alternatively you should
obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office so that you have a
record of having returned the damaged goods.
On
receipt of your damaged order we will send out a replacement if the item is
still in stock. If this is not possible we will offer a full refund...and a
heart-felt apology!
It
is inevitable that with the large volume of orders sent out on a daily basis
that occasionally something may get lost in the postal service. If your goods
do not arrive in a timely manner as indicated above please make us aware of
this through your ebay account.
Royal
Mail will only acknowledge that an order is missing after 15 working days and
we cannot act before this period of time has elapsed. Remember that we are
insured for your missing goods and so are you. Please also be aware that Royal
Mail may start their own investigation into missing orders over and above any
we might instigate ourselves and may contact you for clarification on your
missing order.
If
you contact us to let us know that your goods are missing we will always offer
to send a copy of The Proof of Postage Receipt to you the customer to show that
your goods have indeed been dispatched.
We
hope that with regards to feedback in such an instance that you will understand
that once we have posted your goods the following part of the service provided
to you is outwith our control.
Feedback Request
We
aim to offer the professional service you would expect of us. We will send your
goods out as soon as possible and often this will be the same day your order
was placed if payment has cleared quickly enough.
Even
with the best of intentions problems occasionally occur. If there has been a
problem with your order, or if it has not arrived please contact us for help
which we are only too willing to provide.
We
hope that you will be delighted with our service and this will be reflected in
the feedback you leave for us. Before leaving negative feedback please allow us
the opportunity to correct anything that has gone wrong with your transaction.
We cannot deal with a problem if we are not made aware it. Working together
