Item Details:

We describe each item for sale as completely and accurately as possible. We want you to know what you are buying and be satisfied with your purchase. If you have questions about an item please contact us by email.  We are happy to provide any assistance we can offer.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Shipping:

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted in item details.  Orders are generally shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.  Orders being shipped to PO boxes must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  UPS and USPS orders subject to weight and size limits.  UPS and USPS estimated standard delivery time within the US is three to seven business days after shipment.  For faster delivery, UPS express shipment is available for most orders.   Local pick up is also available.  Orders exceeding 149 pounds must be shipped via truck freight.  We can quote a price for truck frieght if desired.

Return Policy:

Returns allowed only with pre-approval unless otherwise stated in item details.  Items returned must be undamaged, in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, etc.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Return authorization must be requested prior to returning items.  Shipping, handling charges and insurance are not refundable.  If an item is found to be defective we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.  Defective claims subject to inspection and approval.  At our option, defective item may be repaired and returned, replaced with like item, or purchase price refunded.  Certain items may be sold "as-is" with no warranty and are not returnable or refundable.  Packages that appear to be damaged in shipment must be reported to the carrier at time of delivery.
