All our items will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd or 1st Class within 24 hours of cleared payment Monday-SaturdayPlease note that the postal charges have been checked with the Post Office and are accurate. They include the cost of the package, fuel charges and the postal charges. We are trying our best to minimise the postal charges, however sometimes, due to the size and the weight of the product the postal fee might be higher. Due to the constantly increasing postal fees we send our items via standards delivery for which the tracking number is not available. If you wish to have your item sent via recorded delivery, please contact us before paying and we will amend the postal fee accordingly. If you live nearby you are more than welcome to pick up the package directly from us. Please contact us for further information.
• Delay and Lost Item*
Sometimes there can be a delay. In this instance we would advise customers to contact their local sorting office to check if the parcel has been sent back undelivered as there have been occasions when a card has not been left informing customers on failed delivery.The Royal Mail only considers the parcel to be lost after 15 working days for the UK and 25 for rest of the world.When we post the item to the Customer we always obtain a proof of postage which can be emailed to the customer upon request.Please note that the lost item is solely the Royal Mail responsibility. Please bear it in mind when leaving your feedback.We will only consider the refund after the 15/25 days period has passed. A claim will be made with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please be patient when waiting for the refund as the claim with Royal Mail takes time to be considered.
