Please research the item you intend on buying thoroughly before buying and feel free to ask us questions using the eBay messaging service. We would rather spend time answering your questions to ensure you are buying a suitable product than shipping a poorly suited item and then have to spend time and money on dealing with any future problems and accepting the item back from you.

NB: Where applicable [i.e. drinking water filter systems installed in your home which are permanently connected to mains water supply and under constant hydrostatic water pressure] we supply these systems with Watermark certification. Not all water filter systems i.e. aquarium, portable, caravan, car wash, commercial, rural / agricultural and industrial water filters don't require Watermark certification. It's up to you to contact us and inquire whether the unit you intend buying is fit for your intended purpose and whether you need a system with Watermark certification, or nor. In Australia plumbers may refuse to install your water filter system if it requires Watermark certification and does not have it. Due to the higher costs associated with Watermarked products we cannot simply supply all items with Watermark as it's not required in many instances and the additional costs added to all our items would price us out of the market on the items where it’s not required.

We have 50+ years combined experience in the water filtration industry and started trading in Queensland in 1992. Generally, we send orders by Australia Post but in some instances, we may use a courier to keep our prices competitive. However, if you require your order delivered by AUSTRALIA POST ONLY please send us a message when checking out requesting this and we will do so [the onus is on you to make this specific request].

The statement “AUSSIE QLD CO” and "AUSSIE WORKERS" on our main gallery images means that we are an Australian registered and based company with an Australian ABN number and are 100% owned by Australians living and operating in Queensland, Australia. All our systems are locally assembled by our Australian employees but not all the parts we use are locally made in Australia as many of these parts are simply not manufactured locally. As a result, we have no choice but to source these parts from high quality international manufacturers (mainly in the USA, Taiwan and Thailand). We dispatch all our items from either our factory in Queensland or one of our Australian warehouses and our items are not posted from a foreign country. We are a small family run and operated business and have been supplying high quality products Australia wide from our premises in Queensland since 1992.

Generally, unless specifically listed otherwise our products have a 30-day no questions asked, money back guarantee. Simply return the product to us in original condition and in any original packaging to receive a refund or replacement. If you are testing a filter to see if it fits please leave it in the original wrapping until you are sure that it fits. Note that depending on the condition of the item upon return a reworking / restocking fee may apply for any necessary repairs or replacements that may be required to bring the item back to a saleable condition. Note also that a restocking fee may be applicable for units of high complexity or where we incur a shipping fee of more than $ 15 to send the item to you if you are returning the item due to no error / fault on our part.

Unless stated otherwise in a listing or unless you have bought an extended warranty our standard warranty on all systems and parts [not filters which are considered consumables covered under our no questions asked 30-day refund guarantee] is 12 months and covers the item for any workmanship defects if you follow the operating instructions, change all filters and consumables as recommended and the item has not been damaged due to neglect or similar reasons. According to Australian Standards the maximum recommend life of any water filter and reverse osmosis system regardless of the supplier, the installation or the system is 10 years.

If you need to communicate with us in respect to any product queries and / or any changes to any items purchased, please do so using the eBay messaging facility. All communication needs to be through eBay only as we do not monitor email inboxes as regularly as we do eBay messages. Note also that it is eBay policy that all communication goes through their system so that any disputes, including related correspondence, can be easily resolved and transparent. If you wish to make any changes or want to leave a note for your order, please do so immediately when placing your order, we cannot make changes to an order that has been processed and dispatched.

Our preferred method of sale is for you to buy the item through eBay, as per eBay policy, and pay immediately using PayPal. We can accept credit card and EFT payments, but this will delay the order process and you’ll need to contact us using the eBay message facility.

Normally orders are batch printed for assembly, packing and delivery once per business day between 7:00am and 8:30am so any standard orders received after that time will be batch processed the following business day. Should you require your item urgently or are on a tight timeline then you can select and pay for our “Get it Fast” service and as an extra trigger it’s advisable to send us a message letting us know you need your item urgently. If this service is selected, we will be notified soon after purchase, which means that your order will jump to the head of the queue and be sent by Australia Post Express or an express courier. Please bear in mind that Australia post, couriers and our company only dispatch, process and deliver orders on normal workings days which excludes weekends and public holidays and deliveries to outlying regions don’t always offer express services.

We don’t share your personal details with anyone except eBay and the delivery carrier. We normally enter your email address into our parcel logging system so you should receive email tracking updates for your order. If you don’t want to receive tracking updates via email, please leave a message immediately after completing your purchase through the eBay messaging service letting us know.
