Sizing

Bangles are measured across the diameter to find the size. If you do not know your size, measure across a bangle you currently wear, that fits. Bangles are to be worn tighter then you would wear a bracelet. We only have size 2:10, (which fits most), but if you do have very small knuckles / wrists, then we do not recommend, as they may be too large.

All items are sent by Royal Mail Signed For. If you are buying multiple items, please add all items to your basket, then select buy now. We will then send you a revised discounted invoice. Then you may send payment.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us immediately. Please note that items cannot be returned unless they are in their original condition, and within 7 days of the original receipt date. Please send any returns via Signed For Delivery, as returns that are lost in transit, will not be refunded.

*For health and hygiene reasons, NO returns or refunds are available on pierced earrings.

Refunds

Please do not wear, handle casually or damage the products you intend to return. Also include the original packaging and any enclosed documentation in the return. Where items are received in their original condition, and in accordance with the above, a full refund will be issued on receipt. The postage fee cannot be refunded.

If the item is not returned in its original condition and is unsaleable we will be unable to authorise a refund, and the item will be returned to you at your expense. 

Item Description

We have made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths where appropriate and accurate colour options. Colours and images may vary slightly according to the monitor that they are viewed on.

Due to the nature of our goods (bangles / earrings are hand made), there may be slight defects/differences between products including products of the same kind.

Delivery

All items are thoroughly inspected before being wrapped securely in tissue paper. We usually dispatch within 1-2 working days, and delivery usually takes 1 - 5 working days, once dispatched (to the UK). We always send our items by 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Delivery may take longer during Public Holidays.
