Ordering & Refunds
Please allow up to 24 hours (usually much less) for your unlock code to be generated by Future Corporation in Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will then email and also message you via eBay the direct download links and your unique unlock code (PSN) which has been generated for you to start using the software immediately. Refunds are available within 14 days of digital delivery (emailed download links).

Downloads and Shipping - what's the difference? Nothing at all, the download is exactly the same as the disc but allows you to install, activate and use VinylMaster without delay and there are no download limits or restrictions and these are up 24/7/365. Think of the disc as a backup in case all else fails! but definitely not necessary to use the software.

Shipping (Australia)
You will be sent a VinylMaster Cut Program DVD in a DVD Case directly from Future Corporation in Australia (please allow 2 to 14 business days for delivery or longer in remote areas). We will also provide you with a tracking number which you can follow at http://www.auspost.com.au and in many cases from your postal service's website.

License & Activation
This sale is for a perpetual software license provided on disc (1 x DVD) and via download (online 24/7/365) i.e. there are no ongoing or relicensing fees. Note: the license can easily be moved from one computer to another (for more information please see the FAQs below).

VinylMaster has over 5,000 Direct Drivers, please scroll down to Supported Brands of Vinyl Cutters. Also, download the Demo and click on Setup a Vinyl Cutter to check (1st window that pops up when you run VinylMaster). If your cutter isn't listed please send a message to get a driver underway.

*Is my Large Format Printer Supported?
VinylMaster Cut does not include a RIP, please see our VinylMaster Xpt listings.

Do I need a Designing Program?
No, VinylMaster Cut is stand alone software and you do not require another designing program like CorelDRAW® or Adobe® Illustrator® to design or import artwork - you can do it all in VinylMaster Cut and also in the larger versions: VinylMaster Ltr, Pro and Xpt.

Is a Dongle Required?
No, VinylMaster is Activated quickly and easily online - no more lost or broken Dongles!

Is an Internet Connection always required?
No, the only time you need an Internet connection is to Activate i.e. Unlock the software and this can be done remotely from any computer - any connection will do!

Can I use VinylMaster on more than One (1) Computer?
You can install VinylMaster onto as many computers as you like and then design your work and save it off. However, if you want to output from a particular computer then it needs to be Activated and you get one Activation per license. See our 2 for 1 License Specials and of course you can always Deactivate a computer and Activate another as many times as you like.

Are there any ongoing Monthly or Yearly Fees?
No, this sale is for a perpetual license - it does not expire like many other programs!

How much does Tech Support cost?
Tech Support is provided at NO Charge!

How long do I get Tech Support for?
Tech Support is for the life of the product, not 30 or 60 days like many other programs!

Can I Vectorize (trace) Images?
No, VinylMaster Cut does not come with a vectorizer to trace images.

Can I Cut from the Demo!
Yes, you can cut from the demo via the setup wizard after you've installed your Cutter's Driver... once done you can then cut any of the sample cutfiles from the Vinyl Spooler.

Can I Download the Software after I Purchase?
Yes, you will receive an email with your Product Serial Number (PSN) and links to download the software to install and Activate it (within one business day, usually within a few hours).

Do I get Discs?
Yes, you get a DVD in a Case delivered to your door. We also provide you with a Tracking number as soon as your item is shipped.

Can I Return the Software?
Yes, you can return the software for a full refund within 14 days by simply Deactivating it and filling in an RA form.

What is a Retail Full License?
A Full Retail License is a completely unrestricted license i.e. you are not required to meet any licensing conditions.
