Choose a name only with the font shown, or add the images to it on the with the purchase of the 12" tall, 20"tall or 30" tall decal ALL hearts and personalization shown come WITH the purchase.
The name only option does *NOT* includes the images
If you need extra name we offer the add on options as well.
Name must be in the font shown in the listing image.

Personalization can be ONE line of lettering. It can only be ONE name, or ONE word up to 12 letters & spaces maximum.

Add on / Replacement Names are also available for individual purchase or add on to existing image (with purchase must be communicated first if add on to existing decal).
Or purchase the full decal as shown for the price shown based on the size you select.

The 1" name only option is limited to 5 letters maximum. (NO PUNCTUATION) With the purchase of the 12" tall, 20"tall or 30" tall decal all stars and personalization shown in listing image come with the purchase.


Installation instructions come with every order. However please research on google for videos "How to apply wall decals" You will need a squeegee application tool or some king of old credit card to apply pressure to the decal to help it adhere to the wall.
DO NOT use wet method on drywall.
There is No outline or shadow.Only the decal. The image is vinyl the rest is the color of what you put it on as shown in the listing example image.

Please be advised this is a Personalized item listing. You MUST send an ebay message with the lettering you want on it via **ebay message** immediately after purchase. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled order. We can not proceed without your ebay message.

The item comes using the font shown in the item image only. We do not offer other fonts for this item.

ASK QUESTIONS first before purchase. Sizes are posted on all listings in overall inches format. Sizing is of the *overall* size from highest point to lowest point, and from furthest left, to furthest right of entire decal. You control the size in the drop down menu above.

We only accept payments through paypal. We are unable to invoice orders as ebay does not allow that. Please ensure your address is CORRECT prior to placing your order. We can not alter the address after your purchase. If you notice an address error and your item has not shipped, Please notify us and we will cancel the order so you can repurchase with the correct shipping address. Ensuring proper shipment is our priority and on very rare occasion that we make a mistake, We will correct it upon being notified

We use USPS for most shipments. Ebays estimated delivery dates are just that *estimates* They are not set in stone and will vary based on your location and any USPS delays that may occur. Most items ship within 2-4 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Our normal business hours are Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm est and Friday 9am-1pm est. We are not open on weekends or holidays. Items ordered on Friday will ship Monday. Any orders received over the weekend will ship by Tuesday as long as we have all the details needed to complete your order. If you are ordering a custom made to order item you MUST send an EBAY MESSAGE with all the details shown in the description. If we do not receive your notes with 24 hours, The order will be cancelled. Please do not ask us to ship fast if you did not pay for expedited shipping. If you need it in a hurry, *PAY* for priority mail shipping during checkout. Otherwise it is sent regular mail.

Our policy is to accept returns on unused items that have not be applied or installed within the return policy window shown during purchase. If there was an error on our part, We will gladly correct it. For any mail damaged items or incorrect shipments you must notify us immediately and attach a photo to your message so we can correct it for you. A photo saves time from waiting on a return for exchange in some cases. Ebay still requires a return in many cases. Without a photo you must return it in compliance with ebay policy before a replacement or resolve can be issued. All returns must be approved. Custom made to order items can not be returned. We require specific details to make custom items and any typos or errors when you add your notes are not the sellers error. You must ensure proper typing when adding your notes as we copy and paste it exactly as you type it including any capital or lower case letters. You are advised to preview your font selection on Dafont dot com prior to purchase. Some fonts may not have all capital letters or some may only have capital letters. We only copy and paste the lettering as you type it for custom orders. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure accuracy when submitting details on the order. Make sure your spelling is *correct* Typos during notes are buyers responsibility on custom made to order items.
