Terms and Conditions
I offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee if the item is wrong, damaged or unwanted, so long as it is unworn and labels etc are still attached.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
If the purchase has been made in error then it is the consumers responsibility to pay return shipping fee.
If the garment or item is faulty then we will of course refund any excess shipping paid fully.
Please always retain proof of postage- this is important- please ask for a proof of postage when returning the item.
Privacy and GDPR
Rock and Rose Boutique takes the privacy and data sharing of our customers very seriously.
Due to the new rules and regulations our drop shipped products will be passed on to our offices first so that we are the only handlers of your name and address other than the courier company. No details will be passed on to any third party UNLESS specified by the customer that they are happy to do so.
As a direct result of these extra handling and postage charges we have had to increase our prices.
We obviously use Royal Mail as our carriers and from time to time we will use Hermes or DHL depending on the size and weight of the items ordered.
When entering into a transaction with us you are agreeing to allow us to use eBay and Paypal to process any financial information.
We do not use any personal information for marketing etc
